    Schoppel : Handmade Jewelry
I made hand-forged bangle bracelets a bunch of yea I made hand-forged bangle bracelets a bunch of years back.
They were so pretty, organic, and had a beautiful jingle-jangle effect when worn in multiples.
Making them was such a joy, annealing round wire (heating up with a torch), to soften the sterling silver, and then hammering them to create the faceted, flat sections. So satisfying to make.
And to wear.

I hope you enjoy these smaller, more delicate versions as earrings.
Hoops are my go-to for earrings, I love their simple elegance.

What is your favourite type of earring to wear? Let me know below!

Some fine words, to remind us that there is are so many paths in this life. There are bumps, and valleys, and wiggly paths. Sometimes we must be forged in the fire. But we will get there, in the end.

They are lovely, and delicate. Each hoop earring is unique, as it's made by hammering round stock to flatten it. You will get two earrings that have different variations, like a branch, they wear very nicely together. They have an organic feel, and catch the light beautifully.

They are new! And available right now in my shop!

I’m often asked how long my work takes... Most o I’m often asked how long my work takes...
Most of it is rather labour intensive, at every step. My drawings and wax carvings take a lot of time. It is time that I am happy to give, in quiet concentration, care and presence.
I have come to think of my processes as a form of meditation.
And I am so thankful for that.

More of this commission, from a few years back, will be revealed in the days to come.

For whatever energy I input in, I get back multitudes in return.
I wonder what do you do, that makes you feel this?

❤️
I was so pleased to make these wedding bands. White and yellow gold, with Canadian ‘Arctic Ice’ Diamonds. I can't believe it is coming upt to three years ago, that this beautiful couple has been married.

Happy Anniversary, my Dear Friends!
